Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SpatiaMed's software platform and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
SpatiaMed provides hospital OPD queue management (“QueueCare”) and patient marketing automation (“CareLoop”) as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Access is provided via a web portal at your dedicated subdomain (e.g. yourhospital.spatiamed.com).
2. Subscription and billing
The standard plan is ₹15,000 per month, billed monthly, with a one-time setup fee of ₹35,000 (inclusive of a pre-configured kiosk tablet) charged at account activation. A launch offer is currently available at ₹12,000 per month with a ₹25,000 setup fee; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your account.
The 14-day free trial provides access to all features with no credit card required. After the trial, you may subscribe or your portal will be suspended.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. SpatiaMed does not store payment card information.
3. Service level agreement
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the portal API and kiosk connectivity. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. Downtime during maintenance windows is excluded from SLA calculations.
In the event of an outage exceeding 2 hours in a single calendar month, customers are entitled to a pro-rated credit equivalent to one day's subscription fee per hour of excess downtime, capped at one month's subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any purpose other than hospital patient flow and marketing management
- Share access credentials or permit access by unauthorized third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any platform security measures
- Send unsolicited communications to patients beyond what they have consented to
5. Data ownership
All patient and operational data you generate through the platform remains your property. You may export your data at any time. SpatiaMed processes data as a Data Processor on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy).
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
SpatiaMed may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. In cases of severe violation (fraud, illegal use), suspension may be immediate.
7. Limitation of liability
SpatiaMed's liability for any single incident is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to these Terms
We will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before making material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
